This is a role I’ve played since I was 10 years old. From troubleshooting the family VCR back then to managing customer service for local internet providers as an adult, I’ve spent over 30 years being the person my family and neighbors call daily for help. As a U.S. Army veteran and a longtime Fox Valley resident, I founded The Tech Translator LLC to bring that same patient, guiding hand to you.
